1881 Born in Sumsquatch Maine
1898 Moves to Skowhegan, attends classes at Skowhegan College of Art
1899 Attends Whotney School of Taxidermy
1900 Winged Victory produced as Senior Project
1902 Begins rodent studies; Self Portrait, Thrill of Victory, Agony of Defeat
1904 Meets Esmeralda De Murde, creates To Esme With Love and Squalor
1906 Blueboy commissioned by Franco American Woodcutters Association
1909 Participates in short-lived Aroostock insurrection. Invents spud gun, used disasterously in conflict. Anthem created during this period
1912 Goes into seclusion. Claws, often called the Yin-Yang of Dreco, created
1915 Creates, Passenger Pigeon Giving Birth, his most famous lost work
1918 Religious period, Dormasintoria created
1922 Returns to seclusion, resigns from Rotary Club and renounces the outside world. For three years eats only insects and drinks his own perspiration
1925 Visited by fellow Drecoist Chester Eggart
1926 Attempts to breed race of super muskrats. Déjà Vu created
1928 Searches for long lost foot passage through Northern Maine
1929 Dies in Seboomook Maine

Augustus Sheissmacher is the most noted Drecoist. Though little is known about his life (and much of this later destroyed by orthodox art historians) the following chronology sheds some light on his life.
